What building a character means here
You don't fill a form — you write a character sheet. Archetype, playstyle, backstory, voice. Then she plays from it.
The character creator starts with the same sheet structure the 250+ pre-built companions use: personality archetype, playstyle tags, backstory, and voice. You fill each field yourself.
The archetype sets the baseline register — how she opens, how she holds tension, how she responds to silence. Playstyle tags narrow it: a 'bold + romantic' character reads differently from 'bold + dominant'. The backstory gives her references to draw from.
Once the sheet is finished, she enters the Director's Board as any other character would. Set the mood, name the scene, and direct. She plays from what you wrote — not from a default.
